Pre-Engineered and Field Proven
Our Cleanrooms are completely pre-engineered and field proven, which means no experimentation with your time and money. All components of the cleanroom HVAC system are of the highest quality and work as a unit to ensure the most economical and efficient cleanroom system. Both vertical and horizontal laminar flow cleanroom systems are available using the negative plenum concept.
Modular Load Bearing Walls
At the center of our cleanroom design is our prefabricated MODULAR, LOAD-BEARING, AIR RETURN WALL AND TOP DECK SYSTEM. Sealed modular deck panels bear on the walls to complete the sealed cleanroom envelope and support the suspended cleanroom ceiling system directly below. The HVAC units are installed on the top deck, drawing return air from the negative plenum below. Temperature, humidity, and air pressure are automatically controlled and displayed.
Negative Plenum Concept
The aluminum lined top deck seals the cleanroom and forms an airtight negative pressure return air plenum above the cleanroom ceiling. This ensures leak-free ceiling performance during the life of the cleanroom. The top deck supports the cleanroom ceiling below, with air conditioning, recirculating blowers and ductwork above. Standard deck panels are built with welded structural C-channel on 24? centers. Clear spans up to 35 feet and deck loading to over 150 psf are available.
